SUBJECT:  MEETING MINUTES FOR REFINEMENT PLAN

COMMITTEE

 

MEMBERS PRESENT: Judy Clinton, Mike Lovely.

 

INVITED GUESTS: Diane Ross, SCNA; Shirley Walkey, OFDNA.

 

Meeting held at Romaine Village Rec. Hall, 7:00 PM.

 

Judy and Mike discussed our meeting with City planners and the contract

planner for the Murphy Crossing Refinement Plan Area. Judy had overlays

for four different scenarios of general road locations, and types of

development. Presently any plans are purely in the brainstorm stage.

Judy made notes and will come back with a little more definition.

Diane and Shirley were invited to give them a general update on how the

transportation system may affect travel through their neighborhoods.

Their neighborhoods, being Southern Crossing and Old Farm District.

Judy has been invited to the Spring General Membership meeting to give

members a general overview of the scope and process of the refinement

plan. After a variety of discussions, the meeting was adjourned at

8:30 PM.
