Special Meeting of the Board

Dianne Crampton’s Home 19464 Summerwalk Place

Mike Lovely called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM

Mike Lovely, Ronda Metler, Carl Metler and Dianne Crampton were present.

Rod Cathcart, Joe Barry and Linda Spring were absent.

Mike Lovely brought up that we have $149.73 remaining in the City’s budget. Mike will spend $50 for state incorporation and Dianne will spend $99.73 on stamps.

Mike presented the Board with the paperwork required to file as a nonprofit corporation with the State of Oregon. Carl, Mike and Dianne signed as incorporating officers. Mike will mail the papers in on June 25, 2004.

The Board discussed where the proceeds of the Neighborhood Association would go should SBNA dissolve and the Board decided the proceeds would go to the Boys and Girl’s Club.

Mike presented Dianne with the membership list broken updated with local neighborhood affiliations. Dianne will update the membership information. Mike reported that John Dockendor wants to attend Board meetings. Dianne agreed to send the Board meeting agendas to the general membership via e-mail.
