The Southeast Bend Neighborhood Association was recognized and chartered by the City of Bend, Oregon on August 16, 2006.  We have been in operation since that time and have conducted two General Membership Meetings and monthly SEBNA Board Meetings.  Our accomplishments for each of these time periods are as follows.
