We hold a general membership meeting each fall.
The Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis, usually the third Wednesday of the month, at 7:00 PM at the South Bend Fire Station. You are welcome to join us at a board meeting, and discuss any questions or concerns you may have after the Board Meeting regular agenda has been completed. These meetings are held in ADA compliant facilities for those in need.

The next monthly Board meeting will be our General Meeting on Monday evening, October 12 at 6:00 PM at the Jewell School on Murphy Road followed by the Bend City Council Town Forum beginning at 7 PM.
The November meeting will be back at the Fire Station on Country Club Drive on Wednesday, November 18 at 7:00 PM.
