OFDNA Monthly Board Meeting Minutes
Please note, the Old Farm District Neighborhood Association is now scheduled to meet on the second Thursday of each month. The location for these meetings is the Senior Citizens Center on Reed Market Road in Bend. Meetings normally start at 6:00 pm. Please contact one of the Officers listed on this Web Site to notify them of your desire to attend a meeting.
Non-board members can attend and observe the discussions at these meetings, but they are not authorized to participate in discussions and decisions. When the meeting has been officially adjourned, visitors to the meeting will be given the opportunity to express opinions and ask questions regarding the Old Farm District Neighborhood Association.
The Old Farm District will conform to the American Disibilies Act for all Board Meetings if notified before hand that ADA facilities and help is required by an individual who would like to attend the meeting. Please feel welcome to notify any Board Member of your ADA requirements and needs.
