Established 2005

• Roughly bounded by Broadway Street, Riverside Boulevard, Tumalo Avenue, and Franklin Avenue.
• Covers 19 acres
• 110 buildings

Architectural Style: Late 19th and Early 20th Century AmericanMovements, Late 19th and 20th Century Revivals.

Period of Significance: 1900-1924, 1925-1949,1950-1974

 

THE MILL ADDITION

The remainder of OBNA bounded by Broadway Street, The Deschutes River, Tumalo and Colorado Streets, while not designated a historic district, has many homes that reflect the character of Old Bend.
