Code Enforcement

A list of Code Violations can be found on the City's website at:

This section begins with a list of the various offenses by number and name; page down past the list to find the descriptions of the offenses.  We suggest you review the code to identify the infraction and its number prior to calling in a complaint or filing a written complaint. 

For example:  "I am calling on a complaint covered under section 5.270 of the Bend Code - Animal Nuisances . . . "
