Awbrey Butte Neighborhood Association ABNA encompasses various homeowner's associations (HOAs) in Bend's Northwest. Included in ABNA are the following homeowner's associations:

• Awbrey Butte
• Awbrey Glen
• Awbrey Park
• Awbrey Village
• Hillside Park
• City View
• North Rim
• Scenic Heights 
• Wyndemere

• We are growing rapidly as new homes are developing on a daily basis. As of the time of ABNA's formation (December 2005)  about 2000 tax lots were built out.

  This residential area includes Hillside Park, Awbrey Village playground, a popular Montessori Center and many lovely single family homes, townhouses and soon-to-be-built condominiums.
