South Boundary:   Hwy 20/Greenwood Avenue to 12th Avenue; south to the Franklin Avenue; west to the Parkway.

North Boundary:   North Unit Canal (due north of Butler Market Road) to Brinson Road Bridge then backtracking on Butler Market to Wells Acres Road.

East Boundary:  to Shepard Road and streets accessible only by Shepard Road, encompassing the Pilot Butte State Park to Hwy 20.

West Boundary:   The Parkway, Division Avenue and streets assessable only by Division Avenue
